SHIPPING

At this time, we only ship orders within the United States.

 

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is received. Once your order is shipped, the length of time your order takes to arrive depends upon the carrier and delivery method you choose.

 

Our shopping cart will calculate your shipping cost based on the weight of the items you have chosen to purchase.

 

We ask that you provide a telephone number during checkout. You will only be contacted via telephone in the event that there is a problems with your order. We also ask that you provide an email address so we may send confirmation that your order was placed and provide additional delivery details.

 

Each address you request us to ship to is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges. 

 

Gift cards are shipped separately and free of charge.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our products are eligible for returns within 30 days from the time of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and in new condition. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you ship the product. Make sure the RMA number is visible and mail the package to the appropriate address based on your carrier:

If the item you are returning is defective or broken, we will reimburse you 100% of the item cost plus return shipping costs.

 

If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. 

 

If your return is approved based on the conditions above, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

Items that have been personalized are non-refundable. All gold items are non-refundable. 

 

Send an email to to request an RA number. Please tell us the "whats" and "whys" of the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. If you'd like an exchange please let us know which new item(s) you would like so we can note them on your account and begin to prepare them for you. We will reply with your RA number.

We will take care of the rest. If you requested a refund allow 2 weeks from your return date for your account to be credited. If you requested an exchange we will ship your new items as soon as possible. If the new item is a lesser amount than the item you are returning we will credit the difference to your credit card. If the new item is the same or more any difference plus $7.50 shipping will be charged to the credit card on which your order was originally placed. We will contact you if we need to make other arrangements for payment. 

GUARANTEES & REPAIRS 

JEWELRY: If any part of your jewelry breaks within six months of receipt, we will repair or replace it free of charge. After that, if it can be repaired, a repair fee plus return shipping may be charged. For an estimate of repair costs please e-mail and fill us in on the details. Often a quick photo emailed from your phone can help us quickly access the repair. 

 

We use mostly base metal chains with an applied patina which helps to strengthen links. We also take great care to ensure the quality of our craftsmanship. However, if your chain does break within the first 60 days due to normal wear, we'll be happy to repair or replace it free of charge. Simply download our repair form and return it with your chain.

If any other part of your jewelry (e.g., beads, charms, clasps, etc.) discolors, chips, stops functioning, or breaks due to normal wear, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Keep in mind some of our pieces are designed to be delicate and are best worn on quieter days. Please read the item description carefully for details unique to each piece and care for it as recommended in the jewelry section of our page. Also, some pieces are one of a kind (OOAK) which means they cannot be replaced. If an item in not replaceable, we'll work with you to come up with a similar design or refund the purchase price.

PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINTS: Our prints are produced by a professional color lab for high quality results. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your print, we will work with you to make it right, up to and including a full refund if we cannot reach a mutually agreeable solution. When deciding how and where to display your new print, remember, fading, discoloration, and damage can occur if the print is not cared for properly. To minimum the potential for quality loss, please follow the care tips for prints in the photography section of our FAQ page.


 

SALES TAX

If you live in the Commonwealth of Virginia you will be charged sales tax as our offices are located in Virginia.
